Basic Videography Shoot

If you’re ready to share more of your business story but don’t yet feel confident talking on camera, this shoot is for you. You’ll walk away with an edited package of beautiful video clips, messages in text form and on-brand music — helping create a real connection with future clients. Perfect for your website homepage.

    • Half day of shoot planing with Honey, including scripting, shot listing, storyboarding, etc.

    • 1 day of shooting at up to 3 locations.

    • Licensed music.

    • 1 day of professional video editing by Honey.

    • Rough edit provided for approval, with one round of changes included.

    • Final edit provided for approval, with one round of changes included.

    • Delivery of a 1-3 minute video.

  • $2000-$3000 - no GST charged

    (a custom quote will be prepared for you, depending on your specific project needs)

Complete Videography Shoot

Have a great story to tell, but need help with the how? If you’re ready to push yourself to talk on camera or via a voice-over, or you have a cast of people in mind for your video story — this is the perfect package for you. Dive deep and communicate a message that truly speaks to your audience.

    • 1 day of shoot planning with Honey, including scripting, shot listing, storyboarding, etc.

    • 1-2 days of shooting at up to 3 locations.

    • Licensed music

    • 1-2 days of professional video editing by Honey.

    • Rough edit provided for approval, with one round of changes included.

    • Final edit provided for approval, with one round of changes included.

    • Delivery of 1-3 minute video.

  • $4500-$6000- no GST charged

A package for growing business — you know you need both photos and videos with the same on-brand look and feel, but you don’t have the time or budget to prepare for a more comprehensive video. Dip your toes in with this entry-level combo package.

    • 30-minute pre-planning meeting with Honey, via Zoom.

    • A shared Pinterest ideas board to guide shoot styling and mood.

    • Up to 3-hour shoot at up to 2 locations

    • Post-production photo and video editing, with images supplied via web gallery for selection.

    • Delivery of 30 high and low resolution images.

    • 2 x 15-second videos OR 1 x 30-second video (colour-graded simple clips). No storyboard, text, logo, changes, etc.

  • $1580 no GST charged

For more established businesses or those launching a new product or service. You have a clear vision of the message you need to communicate — and you’ll gain a full suite of on-brand photos and videos to cover your entire website, plus at least six months of socials content.

    • 1-hour pre-planning meeting with Honey, via Zoom.

    • A shared Pinterest ideas board to guide shoot styling and mood.

    • Up to 6-hour shoot at up to 3 locations

    • Post-production photo and video editing, with images supplied via web gallery for selection

    • Delivery of 50 high and low resolution images.

    • 4 x 15-second videos or 2 x 30-second videos (colour-graded simple clips). No storyboard, text, logo, changes, etc.

  • $2400 - no GST charged

How it works

The process goes a little something like this

  • Book a call or email chat

    We discuss your business and content requirements to determine if I'm the right videographer for you. If you're ready, we'll set a planning session and video date, secured with a 50% deposit.

  • Pre-shoot planning

    We will collaborate on the video shoot plan via phone and create shared Pinterest board. Together, we will compile an ideal shot and prop list. This information will be used to create a detailed timeline for the day.

  • Video concept and planning

    I’ll craft a video concept aligned with your brief, followed by a detailed shot list and storyboard (Approx. 2 weeks for this stage). Note, a lot more planning is required for videos compared to photos.

  • Video Shoot Day

    The fun part - let’s turn dreams into beautiful video content that attracts your ideal client. Video shoots typically require half to a full day, sometimes spanning multiple days.

  • Edit

    Post-shoot, our video editor brings the project to life by arranging visual clips, synchronising audio, selecting music, and enhancing colours (Allow approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on project scope).

  • Video review

    After shooting, you'll receive a Vimeo link for viewing the video proof, allowing seamless suggestions/changes as you watch. Modify music, clips, text, and more.

  • Video Delivery

    Your final, polished, and video will be delivered via Dropbox, ready to be shared with the world. (Delivery approx. 2 weeks after you've made your changes). The remaining 50% payment will be due upon photo delivery.

frequently asked questions

  • My video packages generally include personalised 1:1 pre-shoot planning, followed by shooting at up to 3 locations. This provides enough content for delivery of a 1-3 minute video. Alternatively, you can request several 15-second videos or 30-second videos. I’m very happy to discuss tailored packages for your needs.

  • I’m highly experienced — I’ve worked as a professional full-time photographer for more than 20 years and also have a Bachelor of Photography. I’ve been using a camera since early high school and even ran my own photography studio in Queensland, with three staff members, before moving to New South Wales.

  • I require a payment of 50% of the total package amount up-front, in order to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the finished image and/or video files. Payment is via direct deposit, or I’m happy to send you an invoice through PayPal upon request.

  • Within Australia, commercial photographers automatically retain copyright unless otherwise agreed upon by the photographer and client. I partially release copyright, allowing you to use the content for all your business applications, such as your website, print brochures, social media, etc. This means you have unlimited and unrestricted use of all final images and videos delivered to you. Please contact me for more details on my copyright agreement.

  • I’m based near Bermagui in the Bega Valley, but I do travel beyond the New South Wales south coast for photo and video projects. In fact, I love to do it. I try to keep costs minimal because I’m so excited to do the work. Please contact me with details about your project needs and location, so I can provide a customised quote.

  • Yes, I carry public liability insurance for up to $10 million.

  • All of my rates and packages are based on a complete project — I don’t work on an hourly basis. I’m not just a camera operator but rather a professional who cares deeply about creating great visuals that tell your unique story. I price my projects in such a way that I can deliver a complete experience to you.

  • I understand your concerns about the longevity of your investment – businesses change quickly. During our planning meeting, we discuss cost-effective ways to capture your business now so it’s still useful to you in the future.   • Yes, this is my one and only job. I’ve worked as a full-time photographer for more than 20 years, and I find myself shooting on my days off just for fun – photos and video are my life. Currently, I work part-time hours while my kids are young.
